Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in original packaging
You must provide proof of purchase
The product must not be damaged by the customer

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refund will be credited to the original payment method
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is damaged or wrong.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled
